Orienteering is a fun way to get exercise without even realizing your doing it! Explore the outdoors while searching for "treasures" along the way using a map and compass. Perfect for learning the skills Rick will teach you!

Ride-n-tie will combine running and biking. Don't have a bike? Don't worry, only one per team and I'm sure we will have enough for everyone. Ride-n- Tie consists of team members (two people and one bike) racing across a course by alternating riding and running.

If you have a bike, road or mtn, this is a good chance to get some time in the saddle!
