Just popping into a number of fitness classes or seeing the occasional Personal Trainer can’t compare to the experience of  Boot Camp. At Boot Camp Chicks you will be a part of a group, each committed to making remarkable change for themselves. Over the course of the camp you will work together, supporting and motivating each other. You will push each other beyond what was previously thought possible – sweating your way to a new unique bond of friends.

Boot Camp Chicks multi-week program was designed to work through different muscle groups, while increasing the intensity over time. Boot Camp Chicks is designed for RESULTS and is appropriate for all abilities.

If it has been a while since you exercised or were active, then Boot Camp Chicks is the perfect way to get a consistent fitness program going. Boot Camp focuses on each participant's personal fitness, health and active lifestyle goals.

Proper form, strengthening the core, preventing injury and working within ones' ability is emphasized.  We work with you to challenge yourself and continually improve your total body functional conditioning.  Through functional fitness, you will be able to participate in daily activities with more vigor, less fatigue and less chance of injury. Plus your metabolism will increase and with proper nutrition we'll watch excess weight slip away and your tone and definition improve.

We guarantee that by the end of the session you will feel awesome - from head to toes. Your energy will soar, your spirit and confidence recharged, and you will have the knowledge to keep right on going.

It’s intense, it’s exhausting, but it is FUN and you will see results. We’ll rotate through every part of your body, mixing in strength, explosive power, flexibility, balance, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and then you will come back for more.
