Hello future campers! Thank you for checking out
my website. I’m
the person, perhaps just like you, that had 30+ pounds
to lose and had tried EVERYTHING - the crash diets, the
metabolism boosters. You name it - I’m sure I tried it
at some point. Yes, they may have worked short term but
it was never a lifestyle that I could live with.
One day I heard about Boot Camp and the amazing results
that could be achieved by attending. I knew I had to
join and that this was the program that would finally
make a difference in my life. At that point, I was
so discouraged with my body - I would have paid a
million dollars to lose the weight. Just five
months later I had lost over 30 pounds.
I knew from my first day of camp that my life had
changed. Not only was I reshaping my body but I
had to share my experiences with as many women as
possible. It wasn't long after that I became a
National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association
Certified Trainer. Owning and operating Boot Camp
Chicks has been one of the most important things I've
ever done in my life.
As your Boot Camp coach I will encourage you, guide
you and help you get through each camp so that by the
end of our hour you'll feel great about your
accomplishments and ready to tackle the day.
No matter what your fitness level is now, it's never
too late to get started on something new. Just
give it a try, my guess is - you'll love it! I

Hello exercise enthusiasts! Congrats on taking the first step toward a healthier lifestyle. You are going to love camp; it’s the best way to get and stay fit, while having fun with friends and enjoying the great outdoors. I am eager to work with you and help you reach your fitness goals!
Here’s a little info about me…. My husband and I enjoy running triathlons and racing with Sierra Adventure Sports, and I am currently training for my very first marathon. Yikes! I just had my first baby, and she is my absolute favorite thing in the world.
I have been in the exercise field for 7 years and teach many different aerobic formats at several different gyms in the East Valley. I have been an at-home personal trainer for 3 years, and love it. Deciding to become an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) instructor and certified trainer was one of the best moves I’ve ever made.
If you want to toughen up, shed a few extra pounds, or you’ve reached a plateau in your exercise regiment-- Boot Camp Chicks is the way to go. As your camp coach, I will guide you, motivate you, and push you (and then push some more….) to reach your goals. We will work together for maximum fitness results. See you at camp!!
