Okay look, you have a lot of choices when it comes to getting healthy and fit. There is gym on every corner, tons of fitness boot camps to choose from and I'm guessing under that pile of clothes you might even find a treadmill in your bedroom!

So what makes Boot Camp Chicks so different? I'll let you decide. If you are serious about your fitness, we welcome you. If you come with excuses and a list of things you cannot do, check yourself at the door...I'm looking for serious women with serious goals in mind. The women in my class choose to participate rather then sit on the sidelines..
Fitness in my class truly is fun. The majority of my campers have been in my class for over a year because it keeps them healthy, and they enjoy every workout they are given. Each month presents a new challenge, such as:

- Boot Camp Bingo
- The Chicks 5k & 8k
- Lose 25lbs. Challenge
- 2 1/2 Hour Summit Challenge
